Serve 2-4 people
2 cup rice washed and soaked in water for 30 minutes.
1/2 kg /2 lb chicken with bone(cut into small to medium)
3 large onion sliced
2 small tomatoes, round slices
1 apple cut into slices
1 cup fresh pineapple chopped
1 orange peeled and chopped
1 handful of spinach
